Soldering
Ultra-high performance soldering is one of the many specialized functions performed by employees in our TN Division. Capabilities in our Solder Area range from micro-soldering of 26 AWG wire and spec’d terminals to multi-solder tinning of 10 AWG multi circuits as well as larger AWG single circuit solder welds. Are employees are additionally trained in circuit board solder of wire connections and LEDs.
Specialized Harnesses
JCS International specializes in custom builds of wire harnesses, cable and control box assemblies -- all specialized products are built, inspected and tested to customer specifications and/or drawings. With CAD capabilities we can create customer drawings from pre-approved samples and offer prototype harnesses for initial inspection approval.
Our assemblies (whether simple or complex) are produced to customers specification using only high quality raw materials. Our processes consist of; incoming inspection and verification, stocking, pulling, wire cutting and stripping, termination and/or solder, insertion, layout, final QA and testing, and kitting and packaging. In-process operator inspection is performed at each area prior to moving the product to the next process to ensure quick and timely delivery of quality harnesses and assemblies.
JCSI personnel are experienced in working with all types of wire including standard PVC, high-temp, Teflon-coated, silicone-coated, fiberglass insulated, coaxial, jacketed multi-conductor, jacketed coaxial, ribbon cable, RJ communication cable, STOW, twisted pairs and jacketed twisted pairs (to name only a few). Terminations and pin insertions range from single terminals to semi-automated IDC insertion of 37 terminations, everything in between ... and then some.
Our facility is equipped with the newest in computer automated and semi-automated machinery for our wire processing and termination processes. JCSI personnel have been fully trained by industry experts and are capable of meeting the strictest of product build specifications.
