QUALITY STANDARDS
JCSI assemblies (whether simple or complex) are produced to customers specification using only high quality raw materials. Our facility is equipped with the newest in computer automated and semi-automated machinery for our wire processing and termination processes. JCSI personnel have been fully trained by industry experts and are capable of meeting the strictest of product build specifications. Our skilled staff performs first article and in-process inspection throughout each step of the product build to guarantee quick and timely delivery of quality harnesses and assemblies.
All products are inspected and tested to customer approved drawings/specifications by highly qualified and dedicated QA personnel with the support of JCSI engineers.

Quality Assurance Testing Equipment Includes:
RJ Tester for simple circuitry and processed wires
Cirris 1000M tests for continuity, ground, short, break, missing, cross and open circuitry
DMC Alphatron Pull Tester with a capacity of 150 lbf/ 68.0 k667 N
Paladine PC Cable test checks communications/electronic cables BNC, IDC, DB, RJ11, RJ45
V.O.M. evaluates resistance and amperage
ZPFW2 - Wiring Harness Component
ZPFW8 - Wiring Harness Certified for Canada – Component
Calibration for all testing equipment is maintained on a one year term. Routine testing methods include pull strength (for force and destruction ratio), tensile strength (as required), single and multi-circuit continuity, short, and cross. RoHS directive compliance certification available
